Working from Home
Not having a commute has been a real pleasure. We cruise down the hall after breakfast into the study where Uncle Peter has set out two big desks under each window and Agi and I fire up our computers and get to work. Another huge benefit is that we are on our own schedule and so can take breaks when we want. I'm also more of a night person and so have worked from 8.30 to 11 a few nights this week. And, two days this week, right after lunch we walked around town and explored various parts of Budapest we might want to buy a place at. We can see the possible spots better in the daytime and we don't have to wait to the weekend to do it. I can't see myself going back--if I can help it--to working in someone else's cubicle again.
