Very fit

I did a pilates class for the first time this past Thursday with my woman.  I'm in decent shape but my wife is amazing--and I saw it all first-hand. She's so fit she's ready to join Cirque de Soleil, or at least start teaching the pilates class herself.  Her secret weapon: she loves all kinds of classes at our gym and does them about four times a week: yoga, hip-hop dance, aerobics and pilates.  We've been eating great too and feeling extra energetic as a result. Quinoa and buckwheat have become staples in our household.
