No Kitchen but No Problem
We've been living without a full kitchen (we're borrowing a little fridge and have a microwave, toaster and fantastic European water-boiler) and it's been somewhat inconvenient. But we discovered a fantastic food-delivery service that we're going to keep using for a while. They're a catering business that specializes in delivering freshly-cooked meals (they're called the "Healthy Kitchen") to small businesses and families and they're not located all that far away. So for about $3 each a day, we get fantastic lunches delivered daily to our door (delivery price is included). This is absolutely the way to go.
